ORDER

The petitioner seeks an expeditious investigation of a case registered in Crime No.22 of 2019 based on his complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case is closed as mistake of fact on 20.02.2019. He has conceded that no intimation has been given to the petitioner about it yet.

4. In view of the above submission, an intimation is now directed to be given to the petitioner by the respondent police, whereupon the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Magistrate to work out his remedies as per law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
