Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks reissuance of passport. It appears that some confusion has arisen on account of the same date of birth having been given both for the petitioner as well as his elder brother. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent clarifies that the petitioner has not come under adverse notice at all. There appears to be no other impediment. The first respondent is directed to process the petition mentioned application and reissue passport to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible subject to fulfilment of the other usual formalities.
