PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul to expedite the trial in O.S.No.68 of 2020 on its file, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 68 of 2020, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.This Court, vide order, dated 11.02.2026, had directed the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending cases and in compliance of the same, the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, had sent a report vide proceedings in D.No.98/2026, dated 25.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2020 to 2026. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 539 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2020 is 44.

3.Since the present suit is of the year 2020, the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.68 of 2020, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible as

expeditiously as possible.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
