ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give adequate police protection for harvesting the paddy field in the land in S.Nos. 57/5, 62/10, 251/1, 239/5 and 64/2 situated at Aliyanilai village, Aranthagi taluk, Pudukottai district. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.18 of 2021 and obtained temporary injunction in I.A.No.784 of 2021, vide order, dated 15.03.2022. He would further submit that though the petitioner has preferred a complaint on 04.01.2023 and lastly on 25.01.2023, the second respondent has not chosen to give protection for the petitioner for harvesting the paddy crops. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2023, is pending before the second 2/5

respondent.

4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2023 by taking note of the temporary injunction granted by the competent Civil Court and pass orders, within a period of three days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
