ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police herein not to harass the petitioner at the instance of any complaint in respect of practice of Allopathic medicine without following the due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the first respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
