Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 & 2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 11(1) r/w 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 354-B, 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.584 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's daughter, who is aged about 16 years was eve-teased by the accused and on 24.07.2015, the first accused pulled her hand therefore she stopped pursuing her studies.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is notpressing the application for accused No.1 and prays to consider the application for second petitioner.

4.It is further submitted that the second petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the third accused was arrested by the respondent police and released on bail on 16.09.2015.

5.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the accused have committed heinous crime and they are not entitled to anticipatory bail.

6.I have gone through the statement of the defacto complainant, I am of the opinion that the accused in this case are not entitled to grant bail, hence, this petition is dismissed.
