PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner's parent, his family members.

ORDER
The petitioner complains that the life, limb and liberty of his parents are under threat from the respondents 3 to 6.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the private respondents have encroached the property of the petitioner and started construction in the disputed place. Earlier, a case came to be registered in Crime No.75 of 2019 against the private respondents herein and others.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint / representation of the petitioner is pending.
5. Sofar as the civil rights of the petitioner are concerned, it has to be worked out before the civil Court. As concerning the present allegation of the threat perception to life, limb and liberty of the petitioner's parents, the second respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directed to cause such necessary enquiry on the complaint filed by the petitioner and take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to protect the life, limb and liberty of the petitioner and his parents.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
7. It is made clear that this Court does not order granting of police protection 24 x 7 and the second respondent is left to decide on the basis of the objective assessment of the threat perception of the petitioner from time to time.
