Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that investigation in Crime No.208 of 2018 has been completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed. 2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent police to file the final report within a stipulated time. 3.Considering the request made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Law Enforcing Agency. Accordingly, the Law Enforcing Agency is directed to file the final report before the competent Court, within a period of two weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
