Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.401 of 2017, while granting bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when require for interrogation on receipt of summons. This Petition is ordered accordingly.
