RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12785/2017 dated 27/09/2017 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 498 (A) of I.P.C and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.2 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
