ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to file final report in Crime No.97 of 2017, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 20.09.2017, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks.

5. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
