Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to allow this Civil Revision Petition and set aside the Order passed in I.A. No.1 of 2020 in O.S. No. 133 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Eraniel dated 08.09.2022.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated, 20/04/2023,wherein a direction was issued to the Trial Court to pass judgment and decree as expeditiously as possble,preferrably, within a period of six months therefrom and upon perusing the letter received from the District Munsif,(FAC)Eraniel, forwarded by the Principal District Judge,(FAC) Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil in D.No.11386/2023-A, dated 28/11/2023, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for lower court'.

2. By an order dated 20.04.2023 this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.133 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The Court below has now submitted a letter in D.No.11386/2023-A dated 28.11.2023 with a request of six months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 20.04.2023 made in C.R.P(MD)No.235 of 2023.
