RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners, by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15281 of 2017 dated 09.11.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.

Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 336, 332, 353 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.296 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when require for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
