Maharajan aged about 23 years residing at T.Poominayakkanpatti, Thimarasanaickkanaur Post, Andipatti Taluk, Theni DIstrict before this Court by securing her from the illegal custody of the respondent 3 and 4 and set her at liberty forthwith.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking production of his daughter, namely, Yogapriya, aged 23 years.

Detenue is accompanied by the third respondent, whom she informs she has married and towards registeration of the said marriage due measures have been taken. She informs her intent to accompany the third respondent and not return to the parent home. The petitioner has been informed of the same and he is reconciled to such position.

3.In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
