CRL MP(MD) No.1667 of 2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MATHAVA SELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM,Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.16821 of 2021 dated 29.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are not able to comply with the order, they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
