PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned Refusal Check Slip in Refusal Number. RFL/Kallidaikurichi/4/2026 dated 08.01.2026 was issued by the Respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently directed the Respondent to register the petitioner's sale deed dated 07.01.2026 in respect of the property in 1st item in Sy.No.13B/9 to the extent of 3.73 cents at Eastern side portion out of 9.73 cents and 2nd item of property in Sy.No.13B/9 to the extent of 6 cents at Western side portion out of 9.73 cents situated at Vairavikulam Village, Kallaidaikurichi Sub Registration circle, Cheranmahadevi Registration District, Tirunelveli District within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.
