Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 IPC, in Crime No.402 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and considering the gravity of offence levelled against the petitioner , I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14913 of 2017 dated 13.11.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
