ORDER

This writ petition is filed for writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to expediently dispose the pending proceedings on the file of the Respondent No.2 in Na. Ka. No. 5488/? 3/2022 and consequently to restrain any other further registration in Sembiyanatham Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur district by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2024 in 2/5

accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2024, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
