ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 15.09.2025, made in W.P. (MD)No.25013 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 15.09.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No.25013 of 2025 has been duly complied with and that a copy of the proceedings would be communicated to the petitioner in due course.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed, with a direction to the respondents to communicate the proceedings to the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
