Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S. PRASATH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 379, 506(ii) and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.339 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
