2. The allegation made in the petition is that the mother is not giving much attention to the children. Though it is stated by the petitioner/husband that he admitted the children at Coimbatore, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent/wife would submit that later, custody has been handed over to the mother and children are being educated at Thuraiyur at Trichy District. Under the said circumstances, the custody of the children with the mother cannot be termed as an illegal custody.
3. On 10.01.2018, when the matter came up for hearing, this Court directed the matter to be listed before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre to arrive at an amicable settlement. Today, the Mediation Centre has reported that there was no compromise arrived at between the parties.
