O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for production of his minor daughter, namely, Jeyapriya (hereinafter referred to as 'detenue'). https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The case of the petitioner is that during December'2017, his daughter / the detenue went to a Browsing Centre and

thereafter, she did not return home. A complaint was also lodged with the jurisdictional police in this regard. Alleging inaction, the instant Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

3. Today, the detenue has been secured and produced before this Court. We had a brief interaction with the detenue as well as the petitioner.

4. When we questioned the detenue, it is submitted by the detenue that she has married one K.Saravanakumar, on 10.05.2018 and that she is willing to live with her husband. On a perusal of record, it is seen that the date of birth of the detenue is 07.05.2000 and therefore, she attained majority on 06.05.2018.

5. Since, this being a Habeas Corpus Petition, nothing survives for further adjudication.
