This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the Name Board mentioned as Arulpuram in CSI Church Pillaiyarvilai and simultaneously replace 2/6
the same in the name of Pillaiyarvilai in CSI Church's Patta Land without obstructing the highway by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2025.
2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Pillaiyarvilai's CSI Church's name in their locality has been changed as Arulpuram by fixing a Name Board. In this regard, the petitioner had already made a representation to the respondents on 24.05.2025. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents 3 & 5 to consider the representation of the 3/6
petitioner dated 24.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
