PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2019 in G.W.O.P.No.182 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, dated 16.12.2020 by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2019 in G.W.O.P.No.182 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, dated 16.12.2020.

2.The said I.A.No.4 of 2019 in G.W.O.P.No.182 of 2019 was filed by the petitioner for visitation rights to see his minor son and the said petition was dismissed. The said G.W.O.P.No.182 of 2019 was pending from the year 2019. The one of the reasons stated by the revision petitioner is that the Court below disposed of the interlocutory petition on compulsion of the petitioner alone, which shows the biased nature of the learned judge. Hence, he prays for setting the said order dated 16.12.2020 made in I.A.No.4 of 2019 in G.W.O.P.No.182 of 2019.

3.Since the G.W.O.P.No.182 of 2019 is of the year 2019, the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of the G.W.O.P.No.182 of 2019 on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. C.R.P.(MD).No.1418 of 2021 the petition is disposed of within the time limit prescribed herein. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
