Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ESTHOV ANTONY ASHOK, party in person for the petitioner and of Mr.G.ARAVINDAN, Advocate for R1, Mr.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for R2 & R3, and the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to add Section 466 of IPC and Section 9 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in the FIR in Crime No.899 of 2017, dated 28.11.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
