ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenue, who has filed this petition on the premise that the detenue is in the illegal custody of the third respondent.

2.Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the detenue was produced before this Court, by the respondents police. The third respondent along with his first wife and two children is also present. On enquiry, the detenue expressed her willingness to go along with her parents. 3.Recording the statement of the detenue and giving a warning to the third respondent, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. It is made clear that there is no action has been taken against the third respondent, only considering the interest of his two children, one aged about two years and another one aged, one month baby. As the detenue is a major, she is set at liberty.
