(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Certainly the petitioner has got an alternative remedy before the Tribunal. As the petitioner says that he is ready and willing to pay the amount, we close this petition giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when, the same is filed, it has to be decided on its own merits without dismissing it on the ground of delay. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
