This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to forbear the respondents from filling up the post of Village Assistant for the revenue village of Amaradakki, Avudayarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District without considering and announcing the result of the interview held on 06.01.2023.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has applied to the post of Village Assistant for the revenue village of Amaradakki, Avudayarkoil Taluk, Pudukkottai District on 19.10.2022 and participated in the interview on 06.01.2023. But, till date, the result of the interview has not been published. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the third respondent is directed to communicate the result of the interview, dated 06.01.2023 in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials placed before this Court.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to communicate the result of the interview dated 06.01.2023 to the petitioner and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 27.01.2023 NCC: Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji
