Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MURUGAN, for MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court for the alleged offences punishable under Clause 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w. 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.17 of 2017. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
