RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to STAY all further proceedings in order dated 20.10.2017 in M.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur pending disposal of the present Criminal Revision Petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.MUTHUSARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.SIVAJI Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- On 17.01.2018, this Court passed the following order: "By order dated 12.12.2017, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) on or before 10.01.2018 and another sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) on or before 10.02.2018.

2. The petitioner had filed a memo stating that he has deposited Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) on 08.01.2018 in the Family court, Srivilliputhur vide receipt No.247234.

3. For reporting compliance with the second part of the order, post on 15.02.2018.

4. Permission is granted to the petitioner to inform

the learned counsel, Mr.M.Nagarajan and Mr.Perumalsamy, who appeared for the respondent / wife before the Family Court, Srivilliputhur."

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner has deposited Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of M.C.No.11 of 2015 in two installments before the Family Court, Srivilliputhur. The first respondent/wife will be entitled to withdraw the amount.

3. In view of the above, interim stay is granted.
