ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to quash the the proceedings in M.C.No.312/2014/M4, dated 18.12.2014 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The Court has also heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

This petition shall stand allowed on the ground that the impugned show cause notice, dated 18.12.2014 does not inform the sum in which the petitioner is required by the second respondent to execute a bond, which is one of essential ingredients under Section 111 Cr.P.C. The proceedings in M.C.No.312/2014/M4, dated 18.12.2014 on the file of the second respondent is quashed. Consequently, connected M.P(MD)Nos.1 & 2 of 2015 are closed.
