Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VENKATASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the fourth petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 31.12.2016 onwards.
