MAYIL VAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, the court made the following order:- Though this Court has got power to suspend the sentence even without the accused surrendering before the Court concerned, since the petitioner / accused herein has been convicted by both the Courts below for the offence under Section 4 of the Women Harassment Act, the application for suspension of sentence is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner / accused to surrender before the Court concerned and thereafter, apply for suspension of sentence before this Court.
