ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking production of her daughter-in-law and minor grand-children.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged detenue i.e., petitioner's daughter-in-law, namely, Malar, aged 35 years and her grand-children, namely, Minor Visali, aged 8 years and Minor Kavisha, aged 5 years are produced by the third respondent.

3.In our interaction, Mrs.Malar has informed of much harassment suffered by her at the hands of her husband owing to having begotten girl children and that she was forced to abort the third child and of much threat to her safety at the matrimonial home. Having felt extremely unsafe, she had informed both the petitioner and also other immediate relatives and left the matrimonial home. She has informed of holding M.A., B.Ed., qualification and that she is eking out a livelihood for herself and her children by working as a Data Entry Operator from home. She has informed her address as 3/118, Ayyam Parumampatti, Palaiyur, Salem - 636 302.
4.Finding no illegal detention of detenues and that Malar is unwilling to be party to any mediation, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. It is open to the parties to work out their remedy before appropriate forum.
