O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the R2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 19.01.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there was a family dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent and the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed by the respondent police. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider her representation and the same was already considered and closed by the respondent police, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
