O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to the 3rd respondent to register a case against the Bank Manager, Pandiyan Grama Bank, Poochikaadu Branch on the petition of the petitioner dated 9.4.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given complaint to the third respondent on 09.04.2015, but the third respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in Current Paper No.23/SJ/HR/Thu/15 dated 05.05.2015, the petition enquiry is closed.
