RESPONDENT/ PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to issue Interim Direction to permit the petitioners herein to withdraw the deposit amount made in M.C.No. 23 of 2016 on the file of the Honourable Family Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District pursuant to the order passed in Cr.M.P.(MD).No. 8806 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No. 756 of 2017 dated 09.10.

2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.APPADURAI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent are present and heard.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied with the condition imposed by an order of this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8806 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.756 of 2017 dated 09.10.2017, depositing the monthly maintenance of Rs.1500/- to the 2nd petitioner herein towards arrears of maintenance.

3.This petition is filed to withdraw the deposited amount from the Court below.

4.The learned counsel for the respondent herein submitted that he has no objection to withdraw the deposited amount from the court below.

5.Hence, the petitioners herein are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount from the Court below. This petition is ordered accordingly.
