Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 22.3.2005 in A.S.No.197/2004 on the file of the Learned Principal District Judge, Madurai confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 30.4.2004 in O.S.No.201/1996 on the file of the Learned Sub Judge, Periyakulam, and set aside the same. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.A.M.RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM for the Respondent the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ court made the following order:-

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 50 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to be deposited in the Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, S.B.A/C.No.6514082295 in favour of Registrar (Administration) for removal of Karuvelam trees on or before 03.04.2017 form the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
