ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenue, who has filed this petition on the premise that the detenue is in the illegal custody of the third and fourth respondents.

enquiry, she has stated that she went along with the third respondent on her own volition and has married him and now living with him and that she is not in illegal custody. Father, on side of the detenue and the parents on the side of the third respondent are present today and all of them have stated that they have accepted the said marriage.

3.Recording the statement of the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and as the detenue is a major, she is set at liberty.
