Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to issue a Non Traceable Certificate, regarding the lost original parent documents, Doc.Nos.86/1940, 251/1940, 1616/1943, 2340/1954, 378/1961 and 16/1977, on the file of Melakarur Sub Registrar Office, in the light of the petitioner's last complaint, dated 18.12.2025, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to issue a Non Traceable Certificate, regarding the lost original parent documents, Doc.Nos.86/1940, 251/1940, 1616/1943, 2340/1954, 378/1961 and 16/1977, on the file of Melakarur Sub Registrar Office, in the light of the petitioner's last complaint, dated 18.12.2025, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.12.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit the certified copies or xerox copies of the original documents.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
