ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking police protection on the ground of alleged threat to the petitioner's life, limb and right to property of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the private respondents did not have any right over the property. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint / representation is pending enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. At the outset, if there is a dispute over title or peaceful enjoyment of the property, the jurisdiction rests with the civil

Court. Having stated thus, the second respondent is now directed to cause such necessary enquiry and take such appropriate decision to ensure that the life, limb and right to property of the petitioner andhis family memebrs is protected.

6. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
