VIJAYAGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.112 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

14.10.2017 to till date.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
