ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned notice dated 29.01.2021, by which, the petitioner was asked to remove the encroachment, failing which, it is stated that consequential action would be taken.

2. When the matter came up for admission today, the learned Counsel appearing on either side submitted that the encroachment has already been removed. Therefore, nothing remains for further adjudication in this writ petition. However, inasmuch as the petitioner has not been heard, he is at liberty to give a representation to the respondent, if he so advised, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondent shall conduct enquiry by making due measurement. The aforesaid exercise will have to be done within a further period of six weeks, after the receipt of the representation from the petitioner.
