This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 166 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 166 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate , Sengottai on 19.10.2020 itself.
