Prayer :-Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 to 7 to take legal appropriate action based on the Petitioners complaint dated 19.01.2019 and the subsequent representation dated 01.03.2019 and entrust the investigation to the 3rd Respondent for a fair and impartial investigation and to direct the 3rd respondent to file periodic reporting to this Honble Court on the progress made in the investigation.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.Karunanithi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Chellapandian, Additional Advocate General Assisted by Mrs.S.Bharathi, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
Perusal of record shows that taking into consideration the seriousness of the issue, number of orders have been passed by this Court (Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.SESHASAYEE) and therefore, it would be appropriate to place the matter before Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.SESHASAYEE.
2.Registry is directed to place this matter before Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.SESHASAYEE, on 18.12.2020 after getting appropriate orders from the Hon'ble Administrative Judge forthwith. 3.The learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents has filed the charge sheet by way of typedset of papers. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that he has not received the charge sheet.
