This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents respondents 1 & 2 to instruct the third respondent to grant permission to the petitioner by allotting the space for running 2/6
an AAVIN Milk Booth within the Valliyur Government Hospital premises and consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2025.
2.With the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had approached the respondents for running an AAVIN Milk Booth within the premises of the Valliyur Government Hospital, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. In this regard, the petitioner has already given a representation to the respondents on 19.12.2025. Since the said representation remains unconsidered, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.
4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3/6
5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2025, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
