JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner was an aspirant for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher during the recruitment year 2007 - 2008. Interview was held on 07.10.2009. On the said date, the petitioner did not produce her original certificates. Therefore, she was not selected. Aggrieved by her non-selection, the writ petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.13880 of 2009. The said writ petition was dismissed on 16.12.2020. Challenging the same, this writ appeal has been filed.

3.When the writ petition was filed, the appellant was aged about 41 years. Now she must be not less then 57 years. During the intervening period, the process of selection has also undergone a fundamental challenge. Now, it is through competitive examination. 2/4

Due to sheer efflux of time, the question of granting relief does not arise. The writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
