ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1161 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the respondent police completed the investigation in Crime No.1161 of 2021 and also filed a final report on 10.01.2022, itself.
3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2468 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate in the manner known to law, if they are so advised.
