This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for speedy trial of the case in STC No.459/2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed in this petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in STC No.459/2023 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
