ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the second accused in Crime No. 496 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.09.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C) IPC and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the prosecution, on 12.09.2015 the accused was found in possession of 99 numbers of Rs.500 counterfeit notes and 15 numbers of Rs.100 notes.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/ A2 has been implicated in this case on the basis of the confession of the first accused and the entire amount was recovered from the first accused.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents and he has been in judicial custody for more than 30 days.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
